The One-Eyed Kats is an up-and-coming blues/R&B/funk & R&R dance band in the Portland-Vancouver area ready to play at your event.
We feature dance music from popular artists like Eric Clapton, Muddy Waters, Joe Crocker, Bruno Mars, Aretha Franklin, Stevie Wonder, Van Morrison, Temptations, Billy Joel, Chicago, and many more (see our complete setlist). We are a reliable and professional group of musicians who have fun and exude energy and excitement to make every performance a party! The full band includes vocalists, guitar, bass, drums, bari sax, tenor sax, harmonica/percussion, trumpet, and trombone! The name "The One-Eyed Kats" comes from one of the original members who had two one-eyed cats (yes, seriously - see photo). It seemed a little obvious for a band name from the moment we all saw them. The One-Eyed Kats operates under the business name of "OEK LLC" for all contractual purposes and will provide a W-9 upon request under this name. |
